Our quarterly events provide opportunities for members and new participants to meet face-to-face, discuss progress, and build new partnerships. These sessions combine research updates, lived-experience stories, and structured networking activities to develop local and national solutions to dementia inequalities.

In January 2026, EquaDem Network Plus will host its next quarterly in-person networking event in Nottingham, bringing together people with dementia, unpaid carers, health and social care professionals, third sector organisations, commissioners, and others with an interest in dementia. EquaDem’s recent Networking Event in Bournemouth brought together researchers, public advisors, clinicians, community organisations and practitioners from across the country – and the overwhelming feedback was clear: the networking element was a real success. Held as part of EquaDem’s commitment to building a national community focused on tackling inequalities in
